Hello,I can't manage to scan any documents with our printer HP LaserJet M5035 MFP. Printer is connected via Ethernet cable to our router/switch/server/something. We can all see the printer and print/copy any document but I really don't know what's wrong with the scan to folder option, it doesn't show up on the printer home screen.

I've checked the box in the printer EWS:I've also followed this guide:Later edit: I've ran the HP LaserJet MFP Wizard console. At first the software doesn't recognize the device and I entered the IP address and it worked but I get an error at the end of the wizard when I hit CONFIGURECould it be that some network problem? We have 6-7 PCs conected to the same server/router via switch I think, I'm not sureOne thing I've noticed, when in EWS I check Enable send to folder and I hit APPLY it doesn't remain checked when I enter later in that section (Digital Sending - Send to Folder Settings)As I said, scan to folder option doesn't show up on printer home screen. What should I try to do next? I had the same problem you described and after several hours of trying I finally made it work.It does not make much sense why this works but it does so I am hoping it will help others with the same problem.All I did was instead of usig the computer name as path of the shared folder, I changed it to the IP address of the destination computer. Try it - it works!Another thing to note is that you need to do a cold reset. I support a lot of different HP printers in different network environment and OS, and in some cases just by doing a cold reset before setting up the digital send configurations it will make the 'enable scan to folder' option stick.
